Welcome to Cut and Strut Designs, LLC (CSD, LLC). By placing an order through our website or with us directly, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Business Information

2. Orders & Payments

All orders require full payment up front. We do not accept deposits.

Accepted payment methods: CashApp, credit/debit card, and Apple Pay.

Once payment is submitted, your order is considered final.

3. Custom Orders & Revisions

Mockups will be provided within 72 hours of order placement.

Customers are allowed up to two (2) free revisions on mockups.

Additional revisions beyond this will require an extra payment.

Changes to an order must be requested within 10 hours of payment. After this period, no changes will be

accepted unless the order is classified as a rush order.

All custom sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for personalized items.

4. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders as promptly as possible. However, Cut and Strut Designs, LLC is not responsible for

shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

All designs created by Cut and Strut Designs, LLC remain the intellectual property of the business, unless the customer provides their own design.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Personal Data

We may collect personal information (such as names, emails, addresses, and payment information) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service.

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Cut and Strut Designs, LLC is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Misuse of items after delivery.

Customer dissatisfaction resulting from failure to review proofs/mockups before approval.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
