Refund policy

At Cut and Strut Designs, LLC (CSD, LLC), we put care and creativity into every order. Because our items are custom-made and personalized for each customer, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return policy.

1. All Sales Final

Once an order is placed and payment is received, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Proof/mockups are provided within 72 hours for approval. Please review carefully.

Customers are allowed up to two (2) free revisions. Additional changes may require a fee.

Changes must be requested within 10 hours of payment. After this time, the design will move forward as approved.

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with an error that is directly the fault of Cut and Strut Designs, LLC, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
